players honored on KTUL
Channel 8's "Elite 8" program Wednesday evening March
28th. The overall girls winner announced was Angel Goodrich of Tahlequah
Sequoyah and the boys winner was Rotnie Clarke of Verdigris. --

Egg Hunt CANCELLED
-- St. Johns annual Easter celebration at Frances Streitel
Villa, scheduled for March 31, has been canceled. Due to the HUD
housing construction on the Frances Streitel grounds, the area was
determined unsafe for an egg hunt. Frances Streitel plans to resume
its Easter celebration in 2008. For more information, please contact

March 26, 2007. She was born May 26, 1961 in Fairfax, OK to Howard
Ray and the former Barbara Kyker. Funeral services will be 3:00

(per Darenda Chester): Collinsville varsity won 12 1.
Jeremy Guest pitched 5 innings with DJ Neighbors coming in and pitching
the last 2 innings. (Home Runs 2 Kevin Phillips, 1
David Chester, and 1 Bobby Shoate). Additional
infro from Chasidy Coulter: JV Cardinals won 7-5. Three of
the varsity homeruns came in the same inning. |

and formerly of Bartlesville, died in Tulsa Friday, March 16, 2007.
Mr. Thyssen was
born in the Netherlands and immigrated to the United States in 1952.

C.I.A. will be having a Red Cross Blood Drive on Friday,
March 16th from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm at the high school. Anyone from

The
Collinsville Library will close for repairs at the end of
the work day on Friday March 16 and reopen on Monday March 26. --

The Collinsville Library will close at 5 p.m.
on Friday, March 16. We will be refinishing the wooden floor around
the circulation desk. We will reopen at noon on Mon., Mar. 26. During
the time Collinsville is closed, their holds will be sent to Skiatook

We are very sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you. We all
had short notice on this closing. We will have story time, Stories
from the Rocking Chair, on Tuesday at 10:30, March 20 in the meeting

TRAINING! -- taught by certified trainers from the Collinsville
Volunteer Fire Department. Classes will be held at the Collinsville
Community Church. There are two class dates to choose from. Either:
March 3rd from 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. -or- March 17th from 9:00 a.m.
- 1:00 p.m. This is a training that could save a life! The cost
