Summer Fundraiser For Collinsville Middle School & Collinsville High School
Do you eat at Mazzio's? Did you know that eating at Mazzio's could help our schools earn cash for supplies, equipment and building needs? Mazzio's will donate 10% of actual cost up to $300.00 per month for each school. Starting June 1st through August 28th, 2006 there will be a container labeled Munchin' with Mazzio's placed at the following locations: American Bank of Oklahoma, Bank of the Lakes, RCB Bank (Collinsville) and Sun Spot Tanning (German Corner). You may bring your receipts (yellow or white itemized copy; NO credit card receipts please) to any of the drop off locations. You will need to ask for your receipt, but you CAN NOT ask Mazzio's employees to save receipts for you. For questions, you may contact Christina McClendon @ 371-6893. All calls will be returned after 6:00 pm. Receipts will be divided equally between the two schools. Thank you for your support!
