Cardinals Lost 20-37
In 5A Semi-Finals Game At Owasso
Collinsville kicked off to Carl Albert and held them to a 3 and out. Collinsville's first possession consisted of Jake Tuttle runs and Cole Dugger passes. Eli Benham (#10) had one of the pass receptions in that drive.
Jake Tuttle (#21) put Collinsville on the scoreboard first with this 12 yard run at 5:15 in the first quarter. Seth Weiser kicked the extra point for a 7-0 score. Carl Albert scored on their next possession (a 51yard run) but missed the extra point leaving the score 7-6 with 3:10 left in the first quarter.
Cole Dugger punted down to the Carl Albert 2 yard line late in the 1st quarter and the defense kept them there.
Three plays into the 2nd quarter Collinsville recovered a Carl Albert fumble at their 23 yard line.
Braden Burd rushes and this Cole Dugger (#12) keeper got Collinsville down to the one yard line following the fumble recovery.
Braden Burd (#22) put Collinsville into the endzone from one yard out at 8:12 in the 2nd quarter. The extra point kick missed and the score was 13-6.
This 2nd quarter Cole Dugger (#12) jump pass went to Jake Tuttle and moved the Cards to mid-field.
Cale Hutchens (#9) punted down to Carl Albert's 14 yard line with 3:29 left in the 2nd quarter.
With 1:46 before halftime what looked like a Walker Roberts interception was instead ruled pass interference and Carl Albert finished an 86 yard drive with 31 seconds left to tie the score at 13-all. Collinsville ran just one more play before heading to the locker room.
Hayden Knight (#52) held on to stop this 3rd quarter punt return.
Grayson Boomer (#18) caught this Cole Dugger pass and reached the CA17 as Collinsville was driving to try and match Carl Albert's score after they had gone up 13-20 at 5:53 in the 3rd quarter.
This Cole Dugger pass was intended for Vince Gregory (below).
Vince Gregory (#11) didn't bring down the catch but drew an interference call to put the cards at the Carl Albert 10 yard line.
From the 10, Jake Tuttle (#21) took three direct snaps to reach the endzone with 1:43 left in the 3rd quarter. Seth Weiser's extra point kick pulled the Cardinals even at 20 points each.

The score was still tied 20-20 to begin the 4th quarter.
Carl Albert took the lead (20-27) for good on this 28 yard TD run up the middle at 7:55 in the final quarter.
Eli Benham (#10) picked up 11 yards on this 4th quarter sweep but the Cards ended up punting a few plays later down to the Carl Albert 27.
Carl Albert needed just one play from their 27 to ice the game on this 73 yard TD run at 7:11 in the 4th and a 20-34 score.
Jake Tuttle made the stop on this 4th quarter play but Carl Albert made another long run into Collinsville territory down to the 3 before settling for a field goal and the final 20-37 score with 2:05 left in the game.
