CHS Parking Lot Re-Paved Over Fall Break
With students gone for fall break (Oct. 18-19-20) Tulsa County crews were able to apply several inches of new asphalt to the Collinsville High School parking lot.
For several months work on new light stands & wiring (for poles and lights to come later) have made for some bumpy rides through the old parking lost. That was smoothed out just before the asphalt arrived.
When students arrived back for classes Monday, they had a new smooth parking lot, but the stripes and lights were not completed. Collinsville Schools received an assist from the city, county and Cherokee Nation with the parking lot improvements.
Travis Darland provided this drone view of the CHS parking lot asphalt application in progress.
