Boot Camp - Mon, Wed, Fri - 5:30am, 10:30am (by appt), 6pm, (1hr sessions) - $45/month

Cardio Blast - Thurs - 5:30am (30-45min) - FREE - Meet at the Park at the 17th St. entrance below the hills.

Weightlifting - Athlete Training Camp - May 28th - June 29th from 9am-11am ($100 reg. fee)

"The Great X-Challenge of 2012" where teams of 2 will compete in a Crossfit style competition and all money is to go toward NEW CARDIO EQUIPMENT for the gym - entry of $40/team (May 20th at noon)

Liz Stavros is the Valedictorian of the CHS Class of 2012 with a 4.0 GPA
The seniors gathered for an awards assembly Tuesday May 8th at CHS.
This group of seniors are OLAP eligible for free Oklahoma college tuition.
These three ladies will be giving Salutatory speeches at graduation May 15th. L-R: Katie North, Megan Doan & Haley Taylor.
Zach Salisbury and Matt Rodrock received ceremonial $70,000 checks from the Army for their "Continuing Education". The Army College Fund and the Montgomery G.I. Bill were noted on the checks.
Harley Hawkins will be joining the Air Force and Caleb Walling the Marines.
These three CHS students (here as part of the global education exchange system) were recognized. L-R: Celina Kirschner (Germany), Oliver Noesen (Norway) and Hsu "Jeff" Shih-Li (Tiawan).
FCCLA Seniors
This group of CHS seniors participated in Cardinal Sports and took their final "Cardinal Pledge" led by Athletic Director Jim Riley
