* Successful Hogs 'N' Hot Rods raised $26K (-$8K expenses) .. many cars
* 2 grants to Snook Bayouth for building improvements
* Health & Wellness Fair at Veterans Building (temtative July 20 date)

-- Fire Department -- Report by Fire Chief Harold Call --
* 654 EMS calls to date this year (527 combined EMS/Fire in city limits)
* State provoding bunker gear for one volunteer as part of training
* Cherokee Grant -- also two recognition for two local volunteers
* 2 finished advanced EMT courses ... 3 more to start

-- Police Department -- Report by Chief Matt Burke --
* Dispatcher Kate Dunagan started Cleet training
* Hiring for dispatcher supervisor
* Hiring for two officers -- from5 applicants
* Josh Ray will be new detective (after interviews)
* Still waiting for pickup delivery
* Language Line can bring interpreter in on 911 calls
* 152 reports this quarter (49 arrests, 63 warnings, $64K fines, 24 vehicle accidents - no deaths)
* 5 body camers -- OMAC funding
* Chief & dispatcher to active shooter training ... can then train rest

8-9-10. Ordinance 946 approved with emergency clause -- New Subdivision Regulations -- had been approved June 20 by Planning Commission -- based on Owasso's

11. 4 Bar Addition final plat approved (114 lots) -- planning commission approved June 20. Had been drainage issues during development that have been corrected

12. Ashbury VII Addition final plat approved (48 lots) -- planning commission approved June 20.

13. Approved agreement (with additional language to escrow contract) between the city and Freeman-McMoran Cooper & Goal -- see April 1, 2019 commission meeting for previous disussion (additional smelter cleanup on city property).

5. Approved $124,548 purchase of 2019 Caterpillar Backhoe loader for water dept. Their old backhoe moves to street dept.

6. Approved $196,362 bid for sewer line relocation for Highway 20 widening (7 bids received)

7. Approved $369,423 bid for water line relocation for Highway 20 widening (6 bids received)

(Note - electric line relocation bids perhaps by July 18)
