Russell Young Retires After
34 Years With City of Collinsville (28 Years As Fire Chief)
Collinsville Fire Chief Russell Young started with the City of Collinsville in 1983 and received gifts and well wishes at a retirement party in his honor April 20, 2017 at the Veterans Building. Russell was honored by firefighters, city officials, friends and family. Russell will continue to support the city in a code enforcement capacity.
