State Rep. Earl Sears thanked those gathered for educating our youth.
Local Chamber of Commerce merchants showed their teacher appreciation by giving goodie bags and prizes as the group entered for the breakfast and by drawing after the breakfast.
I don't recall giving a medical report from the teacher's breakfast before but there were a few notable casts in the crowd this year. -- Ted
