It was cool enough early Saturday to bring the chilli tasting inside the future Collinsville Downtown Inc. office (in the former City Annex Building). Work continues but the office might be ready for use in April according to Brad Francis. The antique appraisals were done by Trent Rogers inside City Hall. Rogers indicated Collinsville residents brought in an interesting assortment of collectable items Saturday.
