Hey
Ted, Just wanted to tell you that you are doing a great job with the web page. I would like to tell you that Ron Kocheski is really fixing up the baseball fields there behind Herald Elementary school. He is building a concesion stand with rest rooms and adding lights to some of the fields and I think it would be nice if you would recognize him with a story and some pics. Thanks again Dan Moore (3/15/2008) |
Dan, I had the photo above from Feb. 29th with construction at the Sportsplex but wasn't sure what was going on. Thanks, for the tip, and thanks to Ron (and everyone else involved) for their help with Collinsville's youth sports programs. -- Ted Wright |

Collinsville's
"Main Street Organization" (Collinsville Downtown, Inc.) celebrated
St. Patrick's Day Saturday March 15th at Wilson Elementary with a Chili
and Cornbread Dinner. The event raised funds for downtown preservation
and revitalization. A desert auction was auctioneered by Danny Stanley
after everyone was full of chili. (More CDI info) |
