Nifty Fifties Alumni Association presented plaques to eleven CHS Seniors Tuesday
May 6th at their 7th annual awards banquest. Front Row (L-R): Rachel

Evans (CHS 1955) presented the Journalism/Yearbook Award to Jessica Dyer.
Alfred
Robinson was running the projector for the Nifty Fifties program. Many other
members help put on the successful annual banquet.

Ron Evans: "This is the Nifty Fifties opportunity to recognize the outstanding
achievement of CHS's scholastic departments. The selections were made by a consensus
of all teachers in each department in each area of award. The students receiving
these awards have demonstrated performance that is clearly superb and recognized
by teachers and students being the best."

Nifty Fifties scholarships will be presented to 4 of the seniors with the winners
to be announced May 19th.
