Railroad Track Repair

The two photos above show a big section of original City Hall bricks (from the fire & weather damaged east wall) which have been removed. Apparently the inspection of this section (below back in March 2005) showed this section needed replacement. The front top portion of the building fell on its on in March 2002 a few months after the Dec. 1, 2001 fire.

Festivities at Collinsville's Eastside Veterinary Hospital Saturday afternoon served to show off their remodled facilities and helped raise funds for the new animal shelter in the works for Collinsville.
Coach Christian's gym class at CHS getting some exercise and having fun April 8th.
Dips in the track (about a block south of Main) show one of the reasons SK&O crews are replacing ties to improve the quality of track through Collinsville. Progress on other changes directed by the Corporation Commission are less obvious.
Charolette (Heaton) Sheehan (a 1945 CHS graduate) passed away on Monday April 4th, 2005. Memorial Services were held at Collinsville's Meadowcreek United Methodist Church on Friday, April 8 at 11:00 a.m.
