5. Building Site Reports
* Boomer/ECC -- Going well; parent-teachers schedules better split - teachers liked; Jana Oder visits going well; trunk or treat over 200 cars; evaluations; can food drive; walk thru past; CEF grants
* Hunt/Herald -- Trunk or treat; 1st graders downtown Halloween treats; over 70 veterans attended Veterans Day assembly today; CEF grants critical; $4700 from Bedlamfundraiser; reading & math assessments; campaign to include others; food drive; Angel tree.
* Stacy/CUE -- Book Fair $11K; Color Run $15K; Chromebooks for teachers; donated lunches for teachers; $9K for outdoor classroom; security cameras for front door; Vaterans Assembly over 120 veterans.
* Bilyeu/6th -- Book Fair successful; Grant Shafer spoke at Veterans Assembly; Fall Field day Tuesday before Thanksgiving; Dan Dillman new treatments - Jen Christian will take over his classroom;
* Bilyeu/6th -- Alternative Education block 2 finiahed; looks better; ping pong table helping on-time attendance.
* Lang-MS -- Book Fair - Leadership kids run events; done with fall sports; basketball & wrestling underway; $500 grant Bertelli.
* Kiker/HS -- ACT scores are down from previous years - testing 1st try computer issues, 2nd try city cut fiber, 3rd try paper&pencil - will work on more ACT prep and tutorials; counselors "beyond school" session; classroom vets speakers; Cardinal Connection - "Good Morning Collinsville" videos; VR lab - every school has visited; STUCO state convention in Ada; FFA Nationals.

* Ken Chtonister -- ~165 bilingual students

Discussion of the School Security Updates- Kenny Chronister and Daniel Boggs -- security summits here past two summers with law enforcement and fire outside recommendations -- fencing, entry improvements, golf cart at elementaries; vaping is biggest HS issue - drug dogs don't hit om tobacco, marijuana vaping is also issue, city has upped fines; adding phone app for notifications of active events, purchased by state; walkie talkies soon.
7. Discussion and Approval of Changes to the Collinsville Board of Education Board Policy -- Approved, CNP audit requested wording change
8. Discussion and Vote to Approve the Election Resolution for Seat # 5 -- Approved, Memory Ostrander's seat - she plans to run again (filing Dec. 2-4) -- vote April 7th

9. Directors Report
* Julie Crutchfield -- switching to electronic W-2's.
* Kelly Hamlin -- curriculum, personal development & teachers of the year
* Dale Harp -- staying busy with Special Services, transition meetinf for after HS
* Michelle Janah -- CNP audit for year and half; want to increase participation; national food holidays monthly; decline in free & reduced participants hurting funding (37% from 45%).

10. Superintendent's Report -- Lance West reported on these topics
* Finances OK - mid-tear adjust should be minor
* New buildings in good shape -- just some dirt work left
* 5 planning areas - facilities, tech operations, academic, extra activities - sub committees for each
* Middle School teacher Karen Loewe -- media positive attention:
