All matters under “Consent” are considered by the City Commission to be routine and will be enacted by one motion. Any Commissioner may, however, remove an item from consent by request. A motion to approve the Consent Agenda is non-debatable.

A) Approval of Minutes of the October 21, 2019 Regular City Commission Meeting.
B) Approval of Claims in the amount of $27,712.09.
C) Approval of October #2 Payroll in the amount of $53,715.98.
D) Approval to close Main Street Saturday, November 11, 2019 at 9th to 15th Streets from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. for Annual Veteran’s Day Parade.
E) Approval of Cemetery Deeds: A.A. Kahoa-2 spaces; David Craig-1 space; Kou Lee-5 spaces; Jerry and Kelly Creek-1 space.

6. Discussion, consideration and possible action concerning items removed from the Consent Agenda.

7. Discussion, consideration and possible action to approve Veteran’s Day Proclamation.

8. Discussion, consideration and possible action to approve Resolution Number 2019-14, a resolution concerning Bridge Inspection responsibility by Local Government for Compliance with National Bridge Inspections Standards.

5. Discussion, consideration and possible action to approve Budget Amendment to increase the Electric Department Personnel Services budget by $100,000 for Budget Year 2019-2020.

6. Discussion, consideration and possible action to approve quote from Creek Construction of Skiatook, Oklahoma in the amount of $49,235 for Replacement of Sewer Line Project, located on 14th and 15th Streets between Broadway and Main Streets. Funding for the project will be from Water & Sewer Distribution Fund.
