1. Call to Order and Roll Call of Members -- Steve Stout, Tim Reed, Tim Bess & Memory Ostrander were present with Jenifer McElroy absent.

3. Consider and Take Possible Action authorizing Spencer Fane, LLP to file litigation on behalf of Collinsville Public Schools against Oklahoma Tax Commission and the Honorable Cindy H. Truong, Oklahoma County District Court Judge, in her official capacity ("Defendant") regarding the court's improper ruling with the respect to motor vehicle tax funds distribution in Case No. CV-2016-1249, challenging the decision to withhold future motor vehicle collection from the district and other school districts, and appointing the Superintendent as the Board's contact and representative for all OTC litigation- related decisions. -- Approved

4. Consider and take possible action to approve the contract with Spencer Fane, L.L.P. for the legal representation of Independent School District No. 6 , Collinsville Public Schools in litigation against the Oklahoma Tax Commission and other parties deemed Essential to the lawsuit and to the relief sought. -- Approved

5. Proposed executive session to discuss the employment of Director of Networking and ECC Teacher Assistant.. 25 O.S. Section 307(B)(1).
