5. Consent: All matters under “Consent” are considered by the City Commission to be routine and will be enacted by one motion. Any Commissioner may, however, remove an item from consent by request. A motion to approve the Consent Agenda is non-debatable.

--A. Approval of Minutes from August 21, 2017 Regular Meeting.
--B. Approval of Claims in the amount of $59,020.02.
--C. Approval of September # 1 Payroll in the amount of $56,797.08.
--D. Approval of Cemetery Deed for Burney Brown – one space.
--E. Approval to close Main Street from 7th to 19th Streets from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 28, 2017 for Annual Homecoming Parade and to close Main Street from 9th to 11th Streets from 7:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. on Thursday, September 28, 2017 for First Annual Homecoming Extravaganza.

6. Discussion, consideration and possible action concerning items removed from the Consent Agenda. -- n/a

7. Discussion, consideration and possible action to approve the sale and transfer of real property North of Cemetery to the Oklahoma Department of Transportation for roadway purposes for the Highway 20 expansion project. -- Approved

8. Discussion, consideration and possible action to approve Resolution Number 2017-14, a resolution approving participation with the State of Oklahoma Department of Transportation in a traffic signal project on Highway 20 near the West end of the City of Collinsville. -- Approved

9. Discussion, consideration and possible action to give a final approval to the Sewer and Road Improvements constructed by BBCC Partners LLC for the New Tractor Supply Store. -- Tabled ... city engineering still working on this

10. Discussion, consideration and possible action to enter into Executive Session for discussing negotiations concerning employees and representatives of employee groups as allowed by O.S. 25, Section 307 (B) (2), Collinsville Fraternal Order of Police 2017-2018 Contract.
