5. Consent: All matters under “Consent” are considered by the City Commission to be routine and will be enacted by one motion. Any Commissioner may, however, remove an item from consent by request. A motion to approve the Consent Agenda is non-debatable.

--A. Approval of Minutes from June 15, 2017 Special Meeting.
--B. Approval of Minutes from June 19, 2017 Regular Meeting.
--C. Approval of Claims in the amount of $51,091.59.
--D. Approval of June 23, 2017 payroll in the amount of $55,401.10.
--E. Approval of Cemetery Deeds: John & Darlene George, one space; Gary Bordwine, one space; Lorenzo Ramos, one space; Lewis Hobbs, one space.

6. Discussion, consideration and possible action concerning items removed from the Consent Agenda. -- n/a

7. Discussion, consideration and possible action to approve Resolution Number 2017-13, to execute Safe Routes to School Project Agreement by and between the City of Collinsville and the Oklahoma Department of Transportation. -- Approved ... has been pending since about 2011 ... includes sidewalks near Herald/ECC elementaries + audible crosswalks downtown near middle school.
