All persons interested in attending the Special School Board Meeting
for Collinsville Public Schools, Independent District I-6, should
make plans to attend the meeting at the following date, time and place
to wit:

The
following items will appear on the agenda at the above scheduled meeting
to wit:
NOTE: The Board of Education may discuss, vote to approve, vote to
disapprove, vote to table or decide not to vote on any item on this
agenda.
1) Call to Order and Roll Call of Members.
2) Record of Members Present and Absent. --
All present: Stout, Ostrander, Johnson, Morrison, Reed
3) Board to consider and take possible action, in the absence of the
President and/or Clerk, to appoint an acting President and/or acting
Clerk for the School District to execute any and all documents pertaining
to the bond sale.-- n/a
4) Board to receive bids for the $4,050,000 Combined Purpose Building
Bonds of this School District and take action to award bonds to the
lowest bidder. -- Approved, the low bid of Exchange
Bank / BOSC at 1.2% was accepted with two other valid bids very close
(Baker at 123% and RCB Bank at 1.234%)
5) Board to consider and take action on a resolution providing for
the issuance of combined purpose building bonds in the sum of $4,050,000
by this school district, authorized at an election called and held
for such purpose; prescribing form of bonds; providing for registration
thereof; designating registrar and paying agent for the issue of bonds;
providing for levy of an annual tax for the payment of principal and
interest on the same; and fixing other details of issue. --

6) Board to consider and take action on a resolution designating the
general obligation bonds of 2015 as Qualified Tax-Exempt
Obligations pursuant to Section 265(b)(3)(B) of the Internal
Revenue Code of 1986. -- Approved
7) Discussion and Vote to Award Banking Services for Collinsville
Public Schools as Proposed in the RFP. -- Approved,
American Bank of Oklahoma with the best rate
for interest on school funds in two primary type accounts... over
the other two local banks.RCB had provided banking services before.
