Nunley discussed the following topics: * He had been Arubah Clinic's executive director for 6 months * Clinic's founding vision was by Hilary Nicholson * Mission is to restore to health (uninsured area patients) * Primary acute care and chronic diseases * 350 patients (~1000 visits) in past year * Most between 18 and 64 (due to SoonerCare and Medicare) * ~35% from Collinsville (others from surrounding communities) * First come / first serve * Many wait in long lines Monday & Thursdays (6-8pm) * Hope to add 3rd Saturday hours soon (9-noon) * Always need volunteers and donations * Certified Doctor, Nurse, X-Ray Tech * Can help some under-insured but nearly maxed with uninsured |
