All persons interested in attending the Special School Board Meeting for Collinsville Public Schools, Independent District I-6, should make plans to attend the meeting at the following date, time and place to wit:

The following items will appear on the agenda at the above scheduled meeting to wit:
NOTE: The Board of Education may discuss, vote to approve, vote to disapprove, vote to table or decide not to vote on any item on this agenda.
1) Call to Order and Roll Call of Members.
2) Record of Members Present and Absent. -- Present: Stout, Ostrander, Morrison, & Reed (with Wendell Johnson Absent)
3) Discussion and Vote to Approve Activity Fund Fundraisers. -- 2 Approved for Herald Elem.
4) Discussion and Vote to Approve or Disapprove letter of recommendation from the construction manager of the bids from the 9/18/2014 bid opening for construction of the High School Building -- Approved, ~$4.9 Million total includes alternates bids for simplified commons ceiling; and adds technology; and media center at upper elementary. Major components are new HS practice gym, improvements at existing HS gym, new commons/cafeteria. Tight schedule to complete most before school restarts next August 2015. Redo of old cafeteria area requires new one be be functional first.
5) Adjournment.
