4. Discussion and possible action to approve Resolution Number 2014-01, calling for 2014 Biennial Election. -- Approved

5. Adjournment.

Filing period for city commission wards 3 & 4 & mayor will be Feb. 3-4-5. Mayor Herb Weaver indicates he will not be running for re-election. Bud York has indicated his intention to "throw his hat into the ring" for mayor. The ward 3 seat is currently held by Larry Shafer who had "no comment" ... "yet" when asked today if he would be running again. The ward 4 seat is held by Dee Sink who was not present today for comment. -- Ted Wright 1:30pm Friday Jan. 17, 2014 -- The city election would be March 4th, 2014
