Even though the weather was cooler this year for Just Treats – No Tricks 2013, the costume parade was larger than ever. As the trick-or-treaters made their way down Main Street, their bags filled with many goodies. The hot dogs and hot chocolate disappeared quickly. Two teams of judges quickly set about judging the costumes. It was tough job! So many costumes! Our many thanks go to the judges. Congratulations to all the winners.
