Collinsville's 2nd possession ended after just 2 plays with their 2nd fumble leaving BK only about 25 yards for their first touchdown (above) at 4:41 in the first quarter. The extra point was good and Bishop Kelley had a 0-7 lead.
Collinsville's 3rd possession was more productive moving from their own 30 down the the BK 7. QB Zane McElroy hit Austin Roberts (#23) with a 30 yard pass play (above) down to the 9 but the drive stalled.

Keenan Hamilton (#20) caught this contested McElroy pass near the sideline and left the defender to make his way down to the BK 16 with the play covering 48 yards total early in the 2nd quarter.
T.J. Johnson (#6) got Collinsville down to the 10 yard line (from the 21 after a motion penalty) with this McElroy pass but two incompletions turned the ball over on downs to BK at the 10 with 10:11 left in the 2nd quarter.
Collinsville put together another nice 2nd quarter drive but again came up with no points. The 4th down pass from the 10 was incomplete (to TJ Johnson above) and BK took over with 3:54 left in the first half.
Brandon Lowe (#2) returned a BK punt to the BK 17 yard line after the Card's defense held Kelly to a 3-and- out pushing them back to their own 1 before the punt.
Collinsville was at the BK 3 yard line with 17.9 seconds left in the first half and facing 4th down as this play started.
Collinsville converted the 4th down play with Keenan Hamilton (#20) catching a Zane McElroy pass and scoring with 13.5 seconds before half time. Clearly I quessed the wrong camera position but you can see two officials with a clear view of the catch and the end line. -- Ted
