5. Consideration and possible action relating to a request for Commission approval of the Consent Agenda. All matters listed under “Consent” are considered by the City Commission to be routine and will be enacted by one motion. Any Commissioner may, however, remove an item from the Consent Agenda by request. A motion to adopt the Consent Agenda is non-debatable.

-- A. Approval of May # 2 Payroll in the amount of $39,708.70.
--B. Approval of Claims in the amount of $45,095.80.
--C. Approval of Minutes from April 24, 2013 Work Session and May 6, 2013 Regular Meeting.
--D. Approval to close Main Street from 7th to 14th streets on June 8, 2013 from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. for the purpose of 12th Annual Hogs N Hot Rods Car and Bike Show.
-- E. Approval to close Main Street from 10th to 12th streets on August 24th, 2013 from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. for the purpose of Founders Day Celebration.
-- F. Approval to close 15th Street between Union and Pearl on May 23, 2013 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. for Cub Pack 53 Cub mobile Races and Pack meeting.

6. Discussion and possible action concerning items removed from the Consent Agenda.

7. Report from Mary Risley with Collinsville Downtown Inc.

8. Approval of Ordinance Number 872, an ordinance amending Ordinance 606, The Zoning Code of the City of Collinsville, Oklahoma, by approving CZ-180; repealing all Ordinances in conflict herewith; and declaring an emergency and effective date.
(122 S. 7th Street – from RS-3 to RM-2)

9. Consider a motion declaring an emergency on Ordinance Number 872 for preservation of public health, peace and/or safety making it effective immediately.

10. Approval of Ordinance Number 871, an ordinance relating to alcoholic beverages, Part 2, Chapter 4, establishing and adopting Section 4-319 prohibiting any person from permitting or allowing gatherings where alcohol is served to minors, providing for severability, repealing all ordinances in conflict herewith, and declaring an emergency and effective date.

11. Consider a motion declaring an emergency on Ordinance Number 871 for preservation of
public health, peace and/or safety making it effective immediately.
