Twenty members and three guests met August 13 for the Collinsville Patchworkers' Meeting. Patti Schneider's name was drawn for the next "pizza box" and she chose Civil War colors and a particular pattern for album signature blocks. The 5" nickle square exchange for September will be twelve 5" squares of the same pink fabric. Linda Pfeffer gave the program, which showcased "UFO's" - otherwise known as "unfinished objects," or in this case, quilt tops that still need quilting!

Several members met again on Saturday, August. 17 for the monthly Sew-In, and enjoyed a day of discussion, a pot luck lunch, and lots of machine and hand-sewing.

The next general meeting will be Sept. 10, 7 PM at the Collinsville Library.
