Jordan Caruthers' pitch has popped the dust in Braden Varner's glove in the first inning here Friday (10am) against Tulsa Memorial.
This Memorial base runner managed to escape a run down after being trapped between 3rd and home in the 2nd inning when Memorial posted 9 runs.
Shane Crossland's 3rd inning triple lead to the first Cardinal score Friday.
