RSU Fishing Team Update

Hey Mr.Wright
I have managed to get Nabatak Outdoors in Claremore to fully sponsor us, as well as Abu Garcia, and Berkley Pure Fishing. Our next collegiate tournament is on May 14 at Lake Texoma. I'm super excited. At our last tournament we finished 22nd beating OU, OSU, TEXAS, and many more
D-1 schools. We have also been sanctioned by the S.G.A. which is the student government association which provides us with access to school funds and makes us a sanctioned organization.

We have a Kids Fishing Derby's planned, Charity Tournaments, and other events that our sponsors put on. I'm very excited and very busy all the time being the President of the Organization and going to school 14 hours a week. However, I will definetly keep in touch as much as possible. Thank You,

Lady Cards win Stilwell Soccer Championship on Mati Bird's sudden death penalty kick. After playing to a 1-1 tie in regulation in the Championship game at Stilwell the Lady Card's Soccer team won 6-5 in a sudden shoot out against Tahlequah. In the regular shoot out Cardinal goalie Courtney Risley blocked 1 of the 5 shots from Tahlequah and the Tahlequah goalie also blocked 1 of the Cards 5 shot making the score 5-5 and sending the match into sudden death. In the sudden death Risley blocked Tahlequah's first shot. Then Tahlequah blocked Collinsville's first shot. In the second sudden death Risley again blocked Tahlequah's shot on goal. The Lady Cardinal Soccer team beat Stilwell 1-0 on a late goal by Paige Prather to advance to the finals of the Stilwell tournament. The Collinsville defense was outstanding throughout the game as Goalie Courtney Risley made several fine plays to shut Stilwell out. The finals will be played at Stilwell ftbl field on Friday at 4:30. - Jim Riley 3/24/2011

CHS Soccer Boys Runner-Ups At Stilwell
Boys 2nd: After playing to a 0-0 tie in regulation the Cards lost to Ft Gibson in a shoot out 4-1. This makes the 2nd year in a row that the Cards have been in the finals at Stilwell. Last year Collinsville won 1st place. -- Jim Riley 3/25/2011
The Cardinal's boys soccer team beat Ft Gibson 1-0 to advance to the finals of the Stilwell tournament. James Norris scored from a penatly kick at the 9:35 mark of the 1st half to give the Cardinals all they would need to get the win. Collinsville will play on Friday at 6:30 right after the Lady Cards play their finals match that begins at 4:30. -- Jim Riley 3/24
