and Roll Call of Members. Sears, Ostrander, Stout

2) Record of Members Present and Absent.
3) Presentation By The Constituency.
4) Reading of Minutes – February 7, 2011 Regular Meeting.
5) Approval of Purchase Orders and Payment of Purchase Orders –
FY2011 General and Building Funds and All District Funds - Approval
of Budgets, Reports, Allocations and Investments. --
approved (including ~$8100 for snow removal)
6) Discussion and Vote to Approve Activity Fund Fundraisers. --
all 10 approved
7) Discussion and Vote to Accept Audit for FY2010 from Kerry J. Patten,
CPA, School District Auditor. -- approved, with
report by Jan Shilling that there were no issues with the exception
of one item that had already been addresses: more documentation on superintendent
reimbursement for meals when attending non-overnight school activities.
8) Discussion and Vote to Approve 307 Federal and State Appropriations
Increase. -- approved (~$811K putting total budget
near $17 million)
9) Resignations – Vickie Chamberlain, Middle School Classroom Teacher
–Art. -- approved,
retiring after 23 years ... had started as math teacher.
10) Proposed Executive Session to Discuss the hiring of Personnel, Pursuant
to Section 307 (B)(1) of the Open Meeting Law,O§, so that the Board
May Return to Open Session and Vote to Hire Administrators for FY2012.

12) Vote to Acknowledge Return of Board to Open Session.
13) Executive Session Minutes Compliance Announcement.
14) Vote to Approve Superintendent’s Recommendation to Hire Administrative

for FY2010-2011.
16) Discussion and Vote to Approve Amended FY2011 School Calendar.
