S-Curve Construction Stopped Two Weeks |
The last two weeks the contractor pulled off the (s-curve) job. They ran out of things to do until the concrete pipe got delivered. Heard the order was delayed. Heavy equipment was brought back in this week and pipe arrived on site today. -- Phil Stowell (8/4/2011 8pm) |
Phil, I hadn't noticed anything on my own but had a citizen ask me why there was no work on the s-curve today and the speed limit signs covered? I was guessing o-zone alert day? ...but wanted to check if there was something else going on? -- Ted Wright (8/4/2011) |

Room For More First Grade Football Kids |
Hello Ted. I'm a parent of a 1st grade mighty mite player. They could use a few more kids who would like to play football. They only have around 9 kids currently. To my understanding kids can still sign up. I wanted to see if you could include something on cvilleok.com asking parents, who have kids that want to play 1st grade football, to come on out. We sure could use more kids that are interested in playing football. Thanks Ted. -- Marcos Whittley (8/4/2011) |
