In-Coming 6th Grade Orientation

To: Current 5th grade parents

From: Kelly Hamlin, Principal Collinsville Middle School

Sixth grade orientation has been scheduled for April 26th at 6:00 p.m.
The orientation will be held in the commons area at the middle school.

Administration and counselors will provide information regarding curriculum, school policies and activity opportunities. The orientation will begin promptly at 6:00 p.m. and will include a walking tour of the sixth grade classrooms and the observation of some elective choices. The orientation will conclude by 7:00 p.m.

It is important for all upcoming sixth graders and their parents to attend.

Victim's Impact Panel To Alert Youth To Dangers of Underage Drinking / Driving

Victim's Impact Panel of Oklahoma is coming to the high school from 9-11 Friday, April 8th.
I was wondering if you could put the parent letter on your website to inform parents of event.

Collinsville High School Prom
The CHS Junior/Senior Prom entitled "Moonlit Memories" will be held Friday April 15th at 7:30pm at Rogers State University, Centennial Center. A buffet style Italian dinner will be served for those who choose to eat at the prom. Students will sign up for the dinner when they purchase their tickets. Those who plan on eating at the prom may start checking in at 7:00pm. Those who are not eating at the prom may start checking in at 8:15pm. Parents are welcome to take pictures outside as the students arrive but will not be allowed inside the ball room. Tickets are $18 each and must be purchased no later than Tuesday, April 12th.

WWAH Easter Eggstravaganza
Please join us for Ward-Wiseman Animal Haven's Easter Eggstravaganza from 1-3pm on Saturday, 16 April 2011.

We will have games & activities: "Bunny Hop", decorate Easter bags, Bean bag toss, Potato Sack races, Disk Drop Game, and an Easter Egg Hunt. The Easter Egg hunt will be divided into 2 areas, 5 years & under, 6-10 years old.

Ward-Wiseman Animal Haven is located at 15628 N 129th E Ave, just north of Collinsville at 156th street and 129th E Ave or North 5th Street.

WWAH is a no-kill non-profit animal rescue located in Collinsville Oklahoma that works in conjunction with the City of Collinsville Animal Control Officer to help find homes for stray and abandoned dogs and cats in our town. Please call 918-371-1009 with any questions.

Community Easter Egg Hunt
The Collinsville Community is invited to join us at Meadowcreek United Methodist Church for an Easter Egg Hunt and games at 1:00 pm on Saturday, April 23rd (COME RAIN OR SHINE!). The event will be free of charge.

The Easter Egg Hunt will be open to all children 0-12 years of age. Will also be having balloon animals, face painting, games, a lemonade stand, and of course a visit from the Easter Bunny!
