"Patience" Is Word of The Month
Wilson students are working hard this school year on their academics and building great character. Our character word for the month of September is Patience. Patience means the ability to wait calmly. Our quote about patience is that "Patience is the ability to count down before you blast off!"

The first grade students chosen for the week of September 6-10th are the following:

Front Row (l-r) Caden Clark, Kade Kelley, Kimberly Her, and Clayton Munger
Back Row (l-r) Natalie Belanger, Abigail Brasel, Jacelyn Darland, Caitlin House, and Shelby Maple

Pink Out Night October 8th

The Collinsville Quarterback Club is sponsoring a pink out night at the Booker T. Washington football game Oct 8. We are trying to get all of the fans (even Booker T.Washington) fans to wear pink . October is breast cancer awareness month and we will be selling pink t-shirts that say "football on a mission" and selling for 6 dollars each.

We will also be selling pink bracelet's and raffling off a pink football signed by all the football players. Our football boys are gong to shed their white shoe strings for pink ones for this game to show support. We are taking orders on the shirts and will only have a few extras so at 6 dollars it is a good buy and a great cause. We are also planning to present a hoody to several survivors during the game . which will be done by representatives from the Susan G. Koman Foundation.

For orders call Michelle Hawkins 906-5447 or Cathy Douglass 798-9516.
