Church is excited to announce that they will be celebrating the 80th Anniversary
of Collinsville Community Church the first weekend of December. Please
join us on Saturday, December 4, 2010 from 6:30p.m. - 8:30p.m. for a dessert
reception and on Sunday, December 5, 2010 for 9:45a.m. Sunday School,
11:00a.m. Worship Service and a Potluck Lunch immediately following the
Worship Service.
Collinsville Community
Church began with a group of women from three Collinsville churches
who saw a need for a non-denominational church in Collinsville. The
first Sunday service was held December 14, 1930. There have been many
changes throughout the last 80 years, but one thing has always remained
the same, Community Church represents love, community and friendship.
We are "No Creed But Christ, No Law But Love".
We hope you make
plans to join us as we celebrate our history, visit with former ministers
and reconnect with our church family and friends.
