Park
Lake Preview? |
A heavy rain over night Wednesday and Thursday morning had this porton of the Collinsville City Park under water Thursday afternoon (March 25, 2010). A much lower flow of water (overflow from Ward's [or Eyler's] Pond) typically flows north thru a pipe into the creek that runs east through the park. This same area has been proposed on the (unfunded) 2005 park master plan as a small lake sometime in the future. Rain and snow has slowed construction on funded park improvements the past few days. |
