Coach West Visited ECC
On Wednesday, September 23rd, Collinsville Cardinal Head Football Coach, Lance West, paid a visit to the Early Childhood Center. Coach West was a guest speaker in Ms. Anderson's and Mrs. Bowers' kindergarten classrooms during "CC" week. Coach West talked to the students about what it takes to be a Collinsville Cardinal and character development. He also gave each student a cardinal bird sticker as a memento of his visit. We would like to thank Coach West for taking time out of his busy day to put a smile on the faces of many future Cardinals. -- Sincerely, Ms. Anderson and Mrs. Bowers (10/6/2009)

Wilson "Commitment" Kids

During the month of October, Wilson students are working on showing "commitment" throughout their daily actions. We've learned that someone who makes commitments keeps promises and pledges he or she makes. Our 2nd grade teachers have chosen their first group of students who have shown that they can keep commitments they make:

1st row: (l-r) Faith Richardson, Coby Wamego, and Caleb Mitchell
2nd row: (l-r) Jacob Brown, Ty Smith, Dalton Porter, MaKayla Davis, and Nick Johnson
