Collinsville Farmer's Market
Starts Saturday June 6th
Locally grown produce will be on sale downtown at the city plaza (near 12th & Main) each Wednesday and Saturday starting June 6th and running through October. The hours of operation are 8am to 11am. Contact Melinda Marsh for more information.

Today (May 26th) was the last day of a short spring football practice period. School winds up tomorrow but the CHS football players will be active at a variety of camps and skills/conditioning activities throughout the summer. (Previous Coverage)
 
With a large group of talented seniors moving on after graduation there will be a lot of new faces in the 2009 starting lineup this fall. The new seniors may include these juniors listed on the 2008 roster: Dylan Weabe, Merin Oakley, Steven Majike, Antwan Colbert, Anthony Graham, Josh Loftin, Justin Caruthers, Mike Bedair, Jayce Crowder, Aaron Martinez, Daniel Rosenthal, R.J. Masterson, Phillip Kolosha, Travis Stanczak, and Michael Leland. Last year's sophomores included: Shane Douglas, Jake Graham, Tyler Lowe, Trevor Rabbitt, Deven Hawkins, Joe Keith, Tanner Robb, Tyler Tabor, Will Wood, Colby Phillips, Patrick Moss, Jacob Smith, Bryce Tole, Zach Pritchard, A.J. Majike, Andrew Thompson, Josh Pennington, Jacob Numbers and John Pinney.
Don't forget to pick up your Memorial Day flowers at Ridgelawn Cemetery before June 1st.
