Alex Goosen (#21) ended Jay's first possession with this interception at the Card's 20 at 9:24 in the 1st quarter.
Collinsville drove 80 yards to score on their first possession (following the Goosen interception). Thomas Isam (#88) caught the Lane Coulter pass (above) for the final 7 yards with 4:21 left in the 1st quarter. The kick was wide and the Cards were up 6-0.
Jared Billups (#4) got this punt off despite the Jay rush on the first play 2nd quarter ending Collinsville second possession.
Jared Billups (#4) ended Jay's 3rd possession with this interception in the endzone at 9:58 in the 2nd quarter.
Dalton Rasmussen (#85) moved the Cards from the 20 out to the 44 on this 2nd quarter Lane Coulter pass. Collinsville later turned the ball over on downs at the 50.
The Collinsville offense heads to the line under a full moon Thursday night.
Collinsville's young cheerleaders gathered on the sidelines with the 2nd quarter still in progress.
Merin Oakley (#30) scored Collinsville's 2nd touchdown on this 9 yard run with less than a minutes before half time. The Cards drive was only 10 yards after a Jay snap sailed over their punter's head. The Card's extra point attempt failed after a 15 yard deadball penalty moved the attempt out to the 18. Coulter was sacked on the PAT attempt leaving the halftime score at 12-0.
