Most of the 2008 CHS Senior girls were able to attend the annual Senior Tea hosted by the Collinsville Home Representative Club Thursday April 3rd in the Larkin Bailey Room at the Bailey Medical Center near 106th & Garnett.
Home Representive Club president Anita Mitchell greeted the girls and their guests before each club member introduced themselves to the group.
Approximately 70 graduating Collinsville Senior girls and their guests attended the annual HRC Senior Tea April 3, 2008 at the Bailey Education Center. A touch of the Orient was in the air, with silk blossoms and tea lights decorating the tables, and Japanese fans and parasols scattered about the room. President Anita Mitchell greeted the Seniors and introduced other 17 club members in attendance. Each girl received a fabric fortune cookie as a keepsake of this special day.

Kelly Compton, Miss Oklahoma 2003 and Christian soloist, gave a speech that encouraged the girls to follow their passions in life, and be prepared to embrace the ups and downs of adult life. She ended with a soul-touching song.

Photo opportunities abounded, and a delicious tea table was laden with fruit kabobs, cookies, and spiral sandwiches.

These are most of the ladies that have attended school together every year in Collinsville since kindergarten.
Kelly Compton was the speaker for the program and entertained (below). She is a former Miss Oklahoma, Miss Owasso and Owasso All-State softball player.
