Due's report:
- Disappointment
that this years seniors were not able to practice on their own "finished"
track (many competing at the state tournament last weekend) but the
delays had the side effect of a better track. The base surface was
applied this week. The final (red) surface will be applied on a day
when it is dry and the wind calm as it is sprayed on.
- Early
Childhood Center (ECC) -- bus loop (now the parent's loop) nearly
complete ...parking area 4/5s complete ...road next to Sportsplex
still not paved ... sheet rock up ... tile 98% done ...about 95% of
furniture and equipment from current ECC (former church) building
will move to the new building keeping the new furniture bill to ~$25K
... the current ECC building will likely be recommended for sale after
the move.
