Collinsville Junior High Won 39-24
Collinsville's high school team jumped out to a 21-12 lead but had scored their last points and lost 21-51 at Oologah Tuesday. The dual had been listed as a home event but due to some scheduling confusion (dating back to bad weather last year) the Cardinals traveled to Oologah. Oologah's lighting for wrestling is a real challenge for photographs but those that turned out OK do have a different effect. -- Ted
Cardinal Varsity Lost 21-54
Jacob Williams (in red) started the high school Cards off to a 6-0 start with a pin over his opponnent at 112 pounds.
Dalton Salisbury (in red) managed a 4-1 win at 140 pounds to put the high school Cards up 21-12.
Devin Peugh and Jerry Harker earned the other 12 team points with forfeits at 119 and 125.

Clint Swango did not wrestle at Oologah due to an injury but hopes to be ready for the Sapulpa Tournament this weekend. Clint is still undefeated this year and beat a two-time state champ in the Cushing Tournament finals last week. Coach Mike Henry also reported that Jerry Harker and Jared Kennemer had picked up their first losses in the finals at Cushing.
