The
Collinsville girls led 59-57 with 13.4 seconds remaining, but an Oologah 3-pointer
took the lead back for good. The boys held their own in the first quarter but
Oologah steadily pulled away.
Collinsville's
Lacy Koscheski (#22 in white) starts the fast break with the other Lady Cards
close behind.
Erica
Holly (#12) gets her path blocked by the Oologah defender.
Oologah
came down with this rebound as Katie Sullivan reaches in trying for a steal.
Collinsville's
Staci West and an Oologah player both hit the floor on this play just after
Collinsville took their late lead. Staci was called for a foul, but the 1-and-1
free throw was missed with Collinsville getting the rebound.
This
Katie Sullivan free throw with 30 second left in the game gave Collinsville
a brief lead at 58-57. Shannon Slagle hit another free throw to give the Lady
Cards a two point lead with 13.4 seconds left, before Oologah hit a three pointer
for the lead and the game.
Coach
Jon Coleman gives his team instructions with 1.9 seconds left after a made Oologah
free throw put Collinsville down 59-61.
Shannon
Slagle takes Collinsville's last shot from mid court as the final buzzer goes
off. The shot was not successful.
