|John Viskup, President and CEO of Victory Energy in Collinsville is shown with Collinsville City Manager Pam Polk at a ceremonial ground breaking (September 8, 2015) for a 35,000-square-foot expansion at the plant east of Garnett and north of 136th St. North. The plant expansion is expected to be completed by the end of 2015. The company manufactures pressure vessels.|
|I've added the red
"X" where the September 2015 ground breaking took place onto
a 2011 photo from Victory Energy's web site. I asked for additional information
directly from Victory Energy at the September 8th ground breaking but
that has not yet been received.
