Zane McElroy (QB), TJ Johnson (WR), and Keenan Hamilton (TE) were all three selected as 5A All Stars in 2013/14.

In response to a question I had -- Ted
It's All Star by class. They are nominated by coaches and selected by committees from their respective class. The All State coaches select their teams from all classifications all star lists. So in other words, you have to be all star by class before you can be All State. It's kinda like a preliminary round. -- Kevin Jones
CMS Academic Team Advances To State

Congratulations to the CMS Academic Team! They competed in Area competition on Saturday January 25, 2014, and placed 2nd. They qualified to attend the state competition "Challenge of the Champions" on February 22 at Redland Community College in El Reno, OK.

We are very proud of the work these middle school students have done this year!

Baseball Diamond Dinner Is Saturday Feb. 1st
The speaker is Bill Springman former Assistant hitting instructor for the Minnesota Twins and was the hitting coach for all of the Twins minor league clubs, and also guest appearances from George Frazier former Major league pitcher, and Dave “Doc” Holliday who scouts for the Atlanta Braves. -- Snook Bayouth (1/28/2014)
Collinsville Cardinals Home Run Club invites the community and the next generation of Collinsville Cardinals to the 2014 Diamond Dinner, Sat., Feb. 1, 2014 at the Collinsville Middle School, 1415 W. Broadway.

The silent auction opens at 6 p.m., dinner is at 7 p.m. and the guest speakers will take the stage at 7:30 p.m. Guest tickets are $25 each and can be purchased at the door. A table for eight is $175. “This is a fun night of baseball talk, dinner and guest speakers,” Club officials emphasized this week.

The 2014 season opens Tuesday, March 4 at home versus Holland Hall. Game time is 4:30 p.m. The Cardinals play at OneOk Field on Thursday, March 6 versus Tulsa Edison at 5:30 pm.

***Thirty Minutes to look over the excellent items we will be collecting to bid and the Class Baskets. All proceeds go to the Homerun Club.

6:30 P.M. – Catering by Billy Sim’s Barbeque (BOOMER!)

COST: $25 per person OR reserve a table for 8 - $175 (saves $25 if you have a group/basically one eats free) – Can pay at the door.
