(Jr. High Update) 8-26-13
This past Friday our 7th and 8th grade participated in an inter-squad scrimmage. Both teams competed well and seemed to enjoy the competition. The 8th grade displayed experience and the 7th grade displayed enthusiasm during the hour long scrimmage.

Both teams will scrimmage Claremore Sequoyah, Thursday August 29 at Sallee Field. The 7th grade will begin at 4pm, 8th grade 5pm and the 9th grade at 6pm. The Jr. Varsity will begin at 7pm and the Varsity at 8 pm.

We will meet at the dressing room and will be bused to Sallee Field. A reminder to parents, after the scrimmage the players WILL NOT be bused back to the dressing room. Parent need to pick up their sons at Sallee field.

After each scrimmage the Quarterback Club will provide hotdogs and drinks for the players.

The cost for admission will be $2.00 per person. Hope to see you there.

Band Booster Thank You's

I would like to thank all of the parents, cadets, and colorguard that have given their support this year. Without your support the boosters would not be able to purchases items to help make our Crimson Cadets/Colorguard successful.

A BIG THANK YOU goes out to:

Paighton, Walker, Micaela, Logan, Nick, Breana, DJ, Alex, Cheyenne, Jan, Charity, and Nikki for helping set up the sale on August 9th along with all the parents that donated items.

Willow, Shylby, DJ, Kristina, Cheyenne, Amanda J, Kendra, Alyson, Elizabeth, Michala, Deirdre, Kayla, Micaela, Bri, Breana, and all the parents that volunteered their time at the sale on August 10th. We had a great turn out and raised $655.00, which ALL goes back to the cadets and the colorguard.

Paighton, Amanda F, Angelia, Alex, Riley, Jordan, Shelby, Kristina, Joelle, Makenzi, Eric, and Anita for making the car wash at Harden’s Hamburgers a success. We raised $480, which ALL goes back to the cadets and the colorguard.

I would also like to remind everyone about our Flapjack fundraiser this Saturday August 24th from 8-10am. It will be at Applebee’s in Owasso. They have been gracious enough to let us use their facility to help us support our cadets and colorguard. Cost is $7 per ticket. You can buy your tickets at the door! I have heard people say that $7 is too much for pancakes but, keep in mind that the money is for our CADETS and COLORGUARD. Invest in them and fill your tummy at the same time.

We have had several cadets and colorguard volunteer their time to the flapjack breakfast. Thank you! We still need some adults that would be willing to volunteer. Just simple reply to this email and let us know if you can help out.

Thank you again to all the parents, cadets, and colorguard that have volunteered their time to make this year a success. We look forward to see you Saturday!
