Memorial For Austin Lankford
We are taking donations to plant a tree (probably a Red Maple) on the high school grounds in honor of Austin Lankford, class of 2012. There will also be a small plaque beside the tree to honor Austin who lost his battle with leukemia on September 19, 2012. Anyone who is interested in helping with this can make a donation at RCB Bank, Bank of the Lakes, or in the CHS main office between October 10 and October 24.

If you could share this with the community it will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks, Pam Bailey
CHS Teacher

First Grade Field Trip

The first grade went on a field trip to the fair on Oct. 3. Here is a picture of some of my students in the petting zoo, petting a llama. If you want to use it on our website, go for it! The students in the pic are Billy Young, Cameron Hixon, Jennifer Reeder, and Savanah Torrez.
