Jackie
is the daughter of
Ted and Sherri Clark and has attended Collinsville schools for 12 years.
Honors
/ Accomplishments:
Valedictorian of 2003,
All-State Softball, President's Leadership Class (OU),
All-American Cheerleading, Youth Leadership Oklahoma, Spirit of Community Award,
Homecoming Queen,
Miss Cardinal, and 12 years Superintendent's Honor Roll.
Future
Plans: Attend
the University of Oklahoma, major in Health and Sports Sciences, attend OU Medical
School and become a specialized doctor.
Favorite Teachers:
Coach Hamilton, Mrs. Bowman, and
Coach Hadley
Favorite Subjects: Biology and Math
Favorite Activities: Softball, Basketball, Tennis, Cheerleading, StuCo,
NHS, and Mentoring.

Message/Comment: I am proud
to be a graduate of Collinsville High School!
We have great teachers and administrators who have well prepared their students
for college.
I will miss CHS very much!

parents are both CHS graduates (1974/1975).
Jackie also has 2 grandparents who graduated from CHS (Colene Clark 1948 and
Charles Jackson 1949).
