Collinsville Crimson Cadets

Jason Dulin is the new assistant band director. Jason was the assistant director at Wagoner last season in addition to heading the middle school band. Jason grew up in Glenpool and received his Music Education degree from the University of Arkansas. Mr. Dulin has worked with percussionist in Glenpool, Fayetteville and Wagoner. Jason will be assisting Stefanie Cottrell who begins her second season as the Cadet's head director. John Theisen, who was the Collinsville assistant last season, left to teach closer to his previous home in Minnesota.

Summer band began in earnest this week with mornings either on the sunny practice field at Sallee Field or in the shade of the Baptist Tabernacle's gymnasium. Afternoon sessions are held in the band room.
The band is preparing for their first halftime performance at the Mannford football game September 5th. Their first marching contest will be at Owasso September 27th. They will be defending their state championship November 1st at the OBA competition in Broken Arrow.
