A) Approval of Minutes of the February 19, 2019 Regular City Commission Meeting.
B) Approval of Claims in the amount of $35,989.25.
C) Approval of March #1 Payroll in the amount of $53,072.02.

7. Discussion, consideration and possible action regarding Community Development Block Grant (CDBG)
PUBLIC HEARING.

8. Discussion, consideration and possible action regarding selection of Project for CDBG Application.

9. Discussion, consideration and possible action regarding adoption of CDBG Resolution Number 2019-04.

10. Discussion, consideration and possible action regarding Authorization for Mayor to Execute CDBG Application Documents.

11. Discussion, consideration and possible action to approve Ordinance Number 943, an ordinance relating to Buildings and Building Regulations, Part 2, Chapter 10, amending and revising Chapter 10, Section 10-57 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Collinsville, providing for the adoption of the 2015 edition of the International Building Code, providing for severability, repealing all ordinances in conflict herewith.
