Collinsville Downtown Inc. has goosebumps thinking about our annual JUST TREATS~NO TRICKS event coming up! We plan to see over 1,000 little trick-or-treaters and their families fill our Main Street for an evening full of ghostly festivities! The event will kick off with a costume parade, merchant trick-or-treating, free hot dogs at the City Plaza, and of course, the entertaining costume contest! We look forward to your participation and also hope that you will join in the fun by entering the Business Window Decorating Contest and the Employee Costume Contest! Can't wait to see all the creativity!!
