1. Call to Order.

2. Invocation.

3. Flag Salute.

4. Roll Call.

5. Consent: All matters under “Consent” are considered by the City Commission to be routine and will be enacted by one motion. Any Commissioner may, however, remove an item from consent by request. A motion to approve the Consent Agenda is non-debatable.

--A. Approval of Minutes from February 21, 2017 Regular Meeting.
--B. Approval of Claims in the amount of $127,135.78.
--C. Approval of March 3, 2017 in the amount of $29,855.91.
--D. Approval of Cemetery Deeds: Delores Guerin – 2 spaces.
--E. Approval to authorize city manager to approve/disapprove change orders pertaining to Vision 2025 projects.
--F. Approval of Resolution Number 2017-02, a resolution opposing the attempted sale of GRDA and any legislation that would impose a required contribution of GRDA revenues to the State of Oklahoma.

6. Discussion, consideration and possible action concerning items removed from the Consent Agenda.

7. First reading of Ordinance Number 911.

8. Discussion and possible action to adopt Ordinance Number 911, an ordinance accepting, adding and annexing to the City of Collinsville, Tulsa County, Oklahoma, all that certain real estate being more particularly described hereinafter; providing that said real estate shall be part of the City of Collinsville, Oklahoma, and all persons residing therein, if any, and all property situated therein, shall be subject to the jurisdiction, control, laws, and ordinances of the City of Collinsville, Oklahoma; directing notification, and declaring an emergency. (Property located ½ a mile East of North Yale Avenue on the North side of East 136th Street North).

9. Discussion and possible action declaring Ordinance Number 911 an emergency for the purpose of preserving the public health, safety and/or peace making it effective immediately upon passage and publication.

10. First reading of Ordinance Number 912.

11. Discussion and possible action to adopt Ordinance Number 912, an ordinance accepting, adding and annexing to the City of Collinsville, Tulsa County, Oklahoma, all that certain real estate being more particularly described hereinafter; providing that said real estate shall be part of the City of Collinsville, Oklahoma, and all persons residing therein, if any, and all property situated therein, shall be subject to the jurisdiction, control, laws and ordinances of the City of Collinsville, Oklahoma; directing notification, and declaring an emergency. (Property located at the Southwest corner of East 136th Street North and Highway 169).

12. Discussion and possible action declaring Ordinance Number 912 an emergency for the purpose of preserving the public health, safety and/or peace making it effective immediately upon passage and publication.

13. Discussion and possible action for approval of Resolution Number 2017-03, a resolution establishing new fees to be assessed by the city clerk for a solicitor license.

--C. Approval of March 3, 2017 Payroll in the amount of $51,616.26.
