Undergrad Awards / Drive Alive / Staff Meet / Paper Roller Coasters
 
The National Honor Society members for 2016-17 were inducted at the CHS Undergraduate Awards Assembly May 9th, 2016.
These CHS 9th-10-11th graders had perfect attendance for 2015-16.
I don't have a list with all the awards handed out May 9th ... but Will Bower's lighted trophy was the most unique I've seen. He was the top scorer in Oklahoma on the German I subject test. -- Ted Wright

Lots of other students received honors which don't appear on this page ... put these three young ladies (Brooke Eigenheer, Madison O'Dell, and Mackenzie Scott) clearly worked hard this year.
 
CHS Juniors and Seniors got to experience the simulated hazards of texting while driving Monday May 9th when the Drive Alive folks set up on campus.
 
Janell Lundgren's science students were working to complete their paper roller coasters (for marbles) before school ended.
 
Jon Coleman announced his "retirement" as CHS Principal at his Friday May 6, 2016 staff meeting at the high school before classes started. He and his wife will be working at another businness outside of school.
